In 2020 a group of organizational consultants, researchers, and designers were brought together to envision the future needs and capabilities of emergency services organizations. First working informally, then later as a professional consortium, we act as a center of excellence serving city, county and national emergency services organizations. Working in support of other providers in the U.S. and internationally, LRG has secured and administers a large portfolio of tools, programs, and expertise to help drive the evolution of the emergency services industry.
